Awfully expensive phone for the quality-DONT BUY. I have had a problem with the LCD screen now twice going out, no Caller ID or ability to set, no words to look at screen, (but is lighting up).so definitely an electronic problem. Support doesn't speak understandable English, got me wrong part and wont reimburse, and now replacement doesn't work either.
Awful phones. I had many issues from the start. Could not get repairs or replacement from Panasonic.
If you want lots of bells and whistles, then you might be disappointed. It's also compact and stylish. That was irritating. If you want quality functionality in a stylish little phone, then I would recommend it.The only reason I give it four stars is because I still don't have my belt clip. After 3 other phones (Uniden, Phillips, VTech) and about 6 months, I pulled it out again. I love this phone.
I would have paid for them separately, but Panasonic never answered any of my 3 e-mails. Every other phone I tried was missing something critical and the belt clip just became the last thing I cared about. The phone works very well and does it's job. I've had it for a couple of years now. Despite the belt clip, it is the only phone that has all the features I want: 1-touch voicemail dialing, good sound quality in both directions, able to silence the ringer on an incoming call, caller id and call-waiting caller id, good ringer options, and it's very easy to use. :( My one complaint is that it doesn't come with belt clips, which, dorky as they are, I use religiously.
They are even listed in the manual under optional accessories. So I packed it up and put it in the garage.
Only problem was having to make numerous calls to different international call centers to get 2 FREE belt clips to go with it. Love this phone.it's perfect.and I enjoy the flashing lights and various ring tones.
And most important thing is, the caller ID - Some times when you get call, You dont get the phone number registered in the caller ID list. I have never seen this kind of a bad sound quality phone , Even 2.4GHz phones are working better than this model. The volume is too low and sometimes you loose the signal also. Such a bad signal transmission from the base to the cordless instrument. The reason that i dislike is that , volume is too low, the signal gets break when you talk ; caller ID dont get registered when you are on the call or it needs three rings to register the phone number in the caller id. I am really surprized that to see the Panasonic's product quality is so bad. I have been using Panasonic cordless phone more than 12 years.
